We are thrilled to present the latest cerapotta recipe from @thirdwavewater! This meticulously crafted brew features Intelligentsia Costa Rica Coopedota, perfectly roasted and enhanced by Third Wave Water's Medium Roast Profile.

• Coffee: Intelligentsia Costa Rica Coopedota - 3 weeks off roast
• Water: Third Wave Water Medium Roast Profile 206ºF/96ºC
• 20g dose ground to a medium coarse on the Fellow Ode Gen 1 w/ SSP burrs• 1st Pour: 50g bloom for 30 seconds
• 2nd Pour: 110g spiral pour. Let draw down for 40 seconds
• 3rd Pour: 110g spiral pour. Let draw down for 40 seconds
• Final Pour: 50g center pour. Let draw down completely. Finishing time ≈3:00-3:30.This recipe helped me achieve a bright and clean cup that helps to reflect the natural characteristics of the coffee. The notes that stand out in this cup are a tea-like body, dried fruit and some citrusy acidity.
